We are partnering with Eldorado Canyon State Park to bring you a lecture by our founder Jae expanding on the mysterious world of fungi. Learn how fungi are beneficial to the ecosystem & humans and then explore how you can get involved in the mushroom sciences.

In “iNaturalist: The Real-Life Pokédex,” we’ll explore how to transform the excitement of discovering virtual creatures into real-world exploration using iNaturalist. This talk breaks down how to maximize the platform as a tool for discovery, documentation, and conservation. You’ll learn to document plants, animals, and fungi while building a digital collection that supports real scientific research. By the end, you’ll be equipped to turn your curiosity into meaningful contributions to science and conservation.
